A few things to think about...

Looking for help for your dog’s behavior tendencies and struggles is akin to seeking rehabilitation advice for an injury. When the bond with your dog has been strained, you naturally want to address it promptly. Initially, you might turn to the internet or seek advice from friends and family. While these suggestions can temporarily help you feel better and hopeful of improvements, they often leave the underlying issue unresolved. These situations are ones most effectively addressed by consulting a specialist—an expert who is educated and experienced in handling similar situations. In staying with the analogy of seeking specialized rehabilitation advice for an injury, the first meeting with a specialist typically provides you with a wealth of ideas and sets you on the right path toward recovery. However, like with any rehabilitation program, achieving the desired results requires effort and commitment. It may take more than one session to see results, especially ones that are long lasting. We are here to support you on this journey of long term improvements in your connection to and understanding of your dog's behaviour while working to address the causes of the challenges being faced.
